Tangu kuanzishwa mwaka **2024**, Volunteer for Community First (VCF) imejikita katika kutoa huduma za uwekezaji wa Hisa kwa uwazi na weledi wa hali ya juu. Tunatambua umuhimu wa usalama wa Hisa za wanachama na tunafanya kazi kwa karibu na wanachama wetu ili kufanikisha malengo yao ya kikundi cha Kapande VCF.
